Job summary

Sidney Stringer Academy in Coventry is seeking an Associate Teacher to support staff and students by delivering lessons and supervising activities. You will provide cover supervision, in-class support, and supervise lunchtimes and break duties as part of the rota.

You will also lead after-school enrichment activities and act as a co-tutor for the House tutorial programme, contributing to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 GCSEs andPost 16+ higher qualifications.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with staff and pupils.
