• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to a senior audience.
• Modelling skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Associate, Structured Finance - Energy | SCIB Country: United Kingdom Join our community. Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customised services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs. The Energy Structured Finance team is the Front Office origination and execution team covering Energy project financings across Europe for Santander CIB. The team is a market leader in both Financial Advisory, and MLA league tables, having closed 2025 as #1 position. The team is closely aligned to our global energy structured finance teams, meaning we also may be called to support transactions in the US, Brazil or Asia on occasion. You’ll be supporting the both the lending and debt advisory segments of our business. This includes strategic planning, selling, marketing, client engagement, and vendor/partner management. What you’ll bring:
