  • Provide analysis on current performance and growth drivers against targets and guidance on future trends, including deep dives when necessary
  • Provide insights on internal growth drivers and macro market trends to improve performance
  • Objectively analyze and challenge gaps on performance versus expectations
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis, key projects, and business support as required
  • Help optimize and automate processes in partnership with business teams for accurate reporting
  • Support quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes as needed
Qualifications and personal attributes:
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, accounting, tech, corporate finance, FP&A, or finance partnering
  • BS/BA or working towards MS/MA in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or similar (CPA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA or equivalent)
  • Business acumen, understanding of elements impacting business performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with financial modeling and analysis experience, including advanced Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present analysis clearly and translate data into insights

  • Ownership of reporting accuracy and relevance
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines with high-quality outputs
