This role involves leading strategic workstreams, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative products. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience and a strong background in product and experience strategy.

As an Associate Strategy Director — Experience & Digital Product Strategy, you will shape visionary, human-centred experiences that drive real business impact and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. You will be a key driver in defining and delivering innovative digital products and services for our clients, working within a collaborative and dynamic team.
With a sharp strategic mind and a passion for great design, you’ll help clients navigate complexity, uncover opportunities, and define innovative products and services that set new standards in their industries. You will be a champion for user-centricity, ensuring that all solutions are grounded in deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
As part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.
You will report to the Group Strategy Director, London and collaborate on leading the strategy team.
