We are seeking an Associate Strategy Director (or an experienced Senior Strategist) to lead our FMCG brand team and deliver impactful brand strategies. You will think creatively, challenge conventions, and implement innovative approaches to enhance our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a perspective on using future brand strategies to create more connected brand experiences.
2. Incorporate leading-edge ideas and external influences to develop thought leadership and project narratives.
3. Experiment with new approaches to broaden our offerings and deepen client relationships.
4. Generate hypotheses and provide insights for building future brands.
5. Guide the internal testing of hypotheses, referencing internal and external benchmarks.
6. Demonstrate thought leadership through clear, crystallized thinking.
7. Build strong internal and external relationships and foster collaboration across teams.
8. Ensure work is practical, impactful, and aligned with client needs.
9. Lead diverse strategy projects, including positioning, architecture, naming, design, and activation across various industries.
10. Participate in and lead new business pitches.
11. Nurture and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise to enhance team capabilities.
12. Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic team environment.
13. Develop a comprehensive understanding of FutureBrand’s offerings and client businesses, articulating this effectively.
