Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Strategy Director / Senior Strategist to lead our FMCG brand team. You will play a crucial role in delivering brand strategies, using your knowledge and experience to innovate and implement new approaches.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a point of view on how to use future brand strategies to create a more connected brand experience.
2. Bring in leading-edge thinking and ideas from the external environment to develop projects and establish thought leadership.
3. Experiment with new approaches to broaden our offerings and deepen client relationships.
4. Provide inspiration for future brands and hypotheses, steering their development and testing.
5. Build strong relationships within the strategy team and across the agency, ensuring practical and impactful work.
6. Lead strategy projects across various disciplines and industries, including positioning, architecture, naming, and activation.
7. Participate in and lead new business pitches.
8. Nurture and mentor junior team members, advising on project delivery.
9. Contribute to a collaborative, innovative agency atmosphere.
10. Develop a thorough understanding of FutureBrand’s offerings and clients’ businesses, articulating this clearly.
