Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer for the UK market. You will partner with account teams and partners to understand customer needs, craft evaluations, and guide customers toward Snowflake as their solution.

You will translate complex data challenges into practical Snowflake-powered outcomes, learning new capabilities and applying them to real-world scenarios across technical and business teams. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Sales engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or relevant analytics experience.
• Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences.
• Understanding of data architecture, analytics and cloud technology.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Ability to translate customer problems into Snowflake solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake's technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Demonstrate and communicate Snowflake value throughout the sales cycle from demo to POC to design and implementation.
• Develop technical champions within accounts to drive deals.
• Stay at the forefront of Snowflake tech and present roadmap features to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing.
• Represent Snowflake at industry or customer events.
• Work with partners to build joint architectures and account strategies.
