Invoka Consulting is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to work with clients on solving business challenges using CWM, BI, and CRM technologies. You will support project implementations, contribute to design, and help ensure smooth integration into client environments.

The role involves collaborating with the consulting team, delivering tailored solutions, and providing guidance on best practices. A UK work authorization and willingness to travel up to 20% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native or fluent English language.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of CWM, CRM, analytics, or process automation tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential and initiative.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms.
• Willing to travel periodically (10–20%).
• Legally authorized to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Support the Consulting team in delivering projects and aligning with client objectives.
• Develop and implement customised CWM, BI and CRM solutions to enhance workflows.
• Assist in creating project documentation, including design specs and deployment plans.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for CWM, BI and CRM adoption.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion through client relationships.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and training post-implementation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and software innovations.
