The Role

As part of this L500 Employment team and take on a varied and engaging caseload of Employment matters in a collaborative team that focuses on quality of work not high volume. As a result of this 99% of their staff took a survey and agreed the firm is a great place to work.

The team handles a broad spectrum of employment matters, assisting businesses with strategic workforce planning, reorganisations, and employment tribunal or High Court proceedings. They provide expert guidance on TUPE and transactional support, executive severance, and equality and diversity initiatives, along with comprehensive advice on general HR-related issues.
