Job summary

G2 Legal is assisting a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates to recruit Contentious Probate Solicitors in Manchester.

With 3+ PQE, you will manage a varied caseload including will and inheritance disputes, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act claims, and executor/trustee disputes, with autonomy and mentoring from a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Experience handling will and inheritance disputes.
• Strong technical ability and client care.
• Able to manage own caseload with independence.

I'm keen to speak with Contentious Probate Solicitors (3+ PQE) who are looking to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust and estate disputes, challenges to the validity and capacity of wills, and executor and trustee disputes. You'll enjoy the autonomy to run your own matters while benefiting from the support, mentoring and technical expertise of a collaborative and experienced team.
