Job summary

Haseltine-Lake-Kempner (HLK) is an IP powerhouse with over 200 people across five locations seeking a talented non-contentious Solicitor to join our UK team. You will provide legal counsel on IP/IT and commercial matters, drafting and negotiating agreements and collaborating with clients on IP protection strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2-8 years PQE in IP law, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach to delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years of post-qualification experience in intellectual property law.
• Ability to draft complex IP/IT and commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, within non-contentious contexts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of IP/IT and commercial non-contentious matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
