Job summary

DWF is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Insurance Fraud team in the UK, with the option of hybrid working across regional offices including Leeds. The role focuses on high-value EL/PL fraud litigation, staged events and complex personal injury disputes, requiring leadership, strategic thinking and strong client service.

You will manage a challenging caseload and contribute to developing the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EL/PL claims, catastrophic loss or casualty claims.
• Proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client service skills.
• Commercial acumen and experience in cost management.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on complex and high-value fraud litigation, including EL/PL claims, staged accidents, organised fraud rings and complex personal injury disputes.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development.
• Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
• Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Insurance Fraud practice.
• Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
