Qualifications

• Qualified Retrofit Assessor with a TrustMark approved training provider.
• Working knowledge of PAS 2035:23 requirements and whole-house retrofit principles.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Retrofit Assessments in line with PAS 2035:23 requirements.
• Collaborate with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers.
• Manage multiple concurrent retrofit projects.

Qualified Retrofit Assessor

Knowledge of energy efficiency measures

Experience with ECO or SHDF-funded projects

Education

Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
