Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator to lead the PAS 2035 process from inception to evaluation, auditing assessments and guiding clients on decarbonisation strategies. The role involves managing external assessors, ensuring QA, and representing the company at industry events across the UK.

You will work with clients to understand energy efficiency paths, support funding where required, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while complying with quality systems.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Building Physics as it relates to existing buildings.
• Construction or M&E management experience is preferred.
• Experience with heating/ventilation systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead PAS 2035 process from inception to evaluation.
• Audit PAS 2035 assessments by Retrofit Assessors and perform QA checks.
• Advise clients on decarbonisation paths and funding support.
• Develop client relationships and act as trusted advisor with a BD mindset.
• Manage external Retrofit Assessors to deliver PAS 2035 services.
• Represent the organisation at external events, exhibitions and meetings.
• Maintain compliance with internal Quality Management Systems.
