Job summary

OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, seeks an Associate Onboarding Specialist in London to support the first stage of the restaurant lifecycle after sale closure. You will gather information, assist with configuration, and guide accounts through onboarding paths with a focus on accuracy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, onboarding or account setup
• Ability to learn new systems and product concepts
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or software onboarding environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
• Customer-centric and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Review assigned account and related information following documented procedures
• Complete administrative tasks to prepare accounts for onboarding
• Collect required customer information and assets
• Assist with initial profile and system configuration
• Direct accounts to appropriate onboarding path per guidance
• Escalate missing information or risks promptly
• Maintain Salesforce notes, tasks, milestones, and next actions
• Prepare clear information for the next onboarding specialist
• Communicate professionally with restaurant partners and internal teams
• Complete required product, process, and quality training
• Participate in coaching, calibration, and quality reviews
• Use AI and automation tools to support productivity and quality
