Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant for our Bristol City Centre office. This is a phone-led, target-driven role where your effort directly impacts earnings through uncapped commission and a clear progression path.

You will build your own specialist market, speak with clients and candidates daily, and learn to run recruitment processes end-to-end from briefing through to offers, with structured training and ongoing coaching.

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Pathway to Director

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)
