Job summary

GIC Real Estate is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its European Real Estate team. You will help develop investment strategies, source opportunities, and independently design underwriting models while coordinating memoranda and transaction workstreams.

Requirements

• Understanding of financial structures (including debt and equity, listed and private, JVs, direct and indirect instruments)

• Strong academic background or equivalent practical experience
