GIC, based in London, seeks an Associate to join the Secondaries team for a three-year programme. You will build complex Excel models valuing operating companies, funds and portfolios, supporting memos and IC presentations.
You will represent GIC with private equity managers, management and intermediaries during due diligence and monitoring, and coordinate with Funds, Direct Investments, Venture, Infrastructure, and Real Estate groups on opportunities.

You will invest with leading private equity secondaries sponsors and participate in a wide array of secondaries deals involving the acquisition of private equity fund stakes, and general partners-led transactions.

This role is a three-year contract as part of our Associate programme.
