Job summary

Built Alliance, in partnership with a growing independent consultancy in Altrincham, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up to Associate. You will lead full pre- and post-contract QS services, drive cost estimates, feasibility reports, and tender documentation, while managing contract administration, valuations and final accounts.

You will engage with clients, contractors and design teams, influencing project and business performance.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying; MRICS or pursuing MRICS.
• Solid consultancy experience with strong grasp of JCT contracts and standard procurement routes.
• Hybrid working with MRICS status support; organised with commercial acumen to influence projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services, lead on cost estimates, feasibility reports and tender documentation.
• Take ownership of contract administration, valuations and final accounts.
• Engage with clients, contractors and design teams to drive projects forward as the lead in the room.
