Job summary

Bimplus, a director-led construction consultancy in Birmingham, seeks an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the team and lead major projects. You will balance team leadership with business development to grow the practice from a Birmingham base.

MRICS is essential and pre/post-contract expertise is required. You will oversee large projects, helping build a QS team and win new work, with a competitive package and APC support.

Qualifications

• MRICS designation required.
• Experience as Senior or Associate QS.
• Experience in PQS / Construction consultancy.
• Excellent pre and post contract experience.
• Keen to win work and develop business.
• Ambitious – excited about building a QS team.

Responsibilities

• Lead big projects across multiple sectors with minimum value of £80m.
