Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required or essential.
• Experience as a Senior or Associate QS is essential.
• Experience in a PQS/Construction Consultancy is preferred.
• Excellent pre and post contract experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project delivery across sectors with minimum project values around £80m.
• Balance team management with business development to grow the practice.
• Client facing and directive leadership to win work and build the QS team.
