Bimplus, a director-led construction consultancy in Birmingham, seeks an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the team and lead major projects. You will balance team leadership with business development to grow the practice from a Birmingham base.

MRICS is essential and pre/post-contract expertise is required. You will oversee large projects, helping build a QS team and win new work, with a competitive package and APC support.

A director-led construction consultancy is seeking an outgoing Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Managing Director is looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor who is eager balance the responsibility of managing a team and using their experience of Business Development to grow the business.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be leading big projects across a wide array of projects across multiple project sectors, minimum project value around £80m.
