Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester team on a hybrid basis. You will deliver projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors, taking the lead on budgets, costs and forecasts while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree, UK PQS experience, and strong pre/post-contract knowledge. MRICS or active membership is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience within a UK PQS.
• Experience in the commercial/industrial sector preferred.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-profile projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
• Manage project budgets, costs and forecasts.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and cost advice to clients.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
