Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager for prestigious infrastructure projects in the UK. You will apply extensive cost management experience, engage in challenging client conversations, and drive commercial excellence.

Administer contracts, monitor forecasts, manage cash flow, and ensure governance. You will lead teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering while upholding best practices across programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven cost/quantity surveying experience.
• Experience in commercial management on major programmes.
• Post contract administration experience and governance/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional client relationships and governance.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; manage timely applications.
• Collaborate with client/contractor teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering.
• Lead teams and commissions; negotiate final accounts.
