Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is recruiting an Associate Director level Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to lead a high-profile infrastructure project. You will manage end-to-end cost services and act as the principal client interface with a focus on delivering value and cost certainty.

The role requires proven cost/quantity surveying experience, MRICS preferred, and NEC3 (Option C) familiarity, with leadership of cost teams on major programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven cost/quantity surveying or commercial management experience.
• MRICS preferred.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
• Experience on major infrastructure programmes and projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of project cost teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost management on high-profile infrastructure commissions.
• Act as the day-to-day client interface to meet objectives and deliver value.
• Manage estimating, cost planning, procurement, and post-contract cost reporting.
• Lead a cost management team and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve procedures, templates and products.
