Abbott Rapid Diagnostics is recruiting an Associate Product Manager to support the Cardiometabolic business.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of marketing and business programs to ensure continued growth of the respiratory parameter and Afinion business franchise.

What You’ll Do
  1. Support the development of the international markets marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities).
  2. Ensure alignment with Business Unit objectives and programs.
  3. Help to frame educational modules in collaboration with Training & Education Manager.
  4. Liaise with local sales & marketing resources and KOLs to anticipate market dynamics.
  5. Support major international tradeshows (KOL preparation, symposia, live testing, competitive analysis, response, and reporting).
  6. Develop marketing programs, integrated campaigns, and collaterals with the marketing communications team and external agencies.
  7. Translate strategies into sales programs and tools to ensure market share gains.
  8. Ensure proper use of value messaging across International Markets for respiratory tests, connectivity, and devices.
  9. Initiate key respiratory and connectivity strategic initiatives and partnerships across different international market clusters.
Required Qualifications/Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business-related field.
  • MBA or master’s degree in science or business-related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in the medical devices industry within a multinational matrix environment.
  • Business and project planning skills.
  • Analytical, creative, and operational marketing skills.
  • Understanding of diagnostic point-of-care products and their use within healthcare systems.
  • Knowledge of European, Asian, Latin American, Canadian, African, and Middle Eastern sales environments and market conditions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Storytelling skills.
