Role Overview

We are seeking a self-starter with a deep interest in software and its impact on democracy, citizen engagement, and transparency. The successful candidate will serve as an internal and external evangelist for our solutions, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Leadership. You will be responsible for aligning projects with business goals, driving growth, and enhancing user experience. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and capable of combining data with user insights to advance our products daily.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop plans to improve product health, usability, and reach
2. Prioritize new features and set timelines
3. Use data-driven insights to determine product scope and delivery
4. Communicate progress and priorities to senior leadership
5. Ensure features promote high adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction
6. Build expertise within specific product areas through research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
7. Build consensus among teams for product development and launch
8. Define and report on metrics for success of features and experiments
9. Monitor the impact of new services on adoption, usage, and revenue
10. Engage with customers across channels and represent their voice internally

Qualifications and Skills

1. BA/BS in Business or Technical field
2. Passion for delivering high-quality technology in a fast-paced environment
3. Knowledge of agile practices like Scrum and Lean
4. Strong analytical and organizational skills
