Job summary

Rocksteady Studios is seeking an Associate Producer for the Engine & Tech teams to help deliver an AAA title on console and PC.

You'll support scheduling and deliverable management across preproduction through to ship, handling both planned work and ad-hoc issues in a fast-paced environment with strong collaboration and problem solving. Hybrid working—remote and in-office—with flexible leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in AAA game development and hands-on pre-alpha production.
• Track record of improving production processes and long-term planning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, dependencies and deadlines.
• Proficiency with production tools (Jira, Confluence, Perforce) and general MS Office.
• Passion for game development and understanding of change management.

Responsibilities

• Support teams with scheduling and deliverables from preproduction to final product.
• Maintain clear tracking and address ad-hoc issues with problem solving.
• Collaborate across Engine & Tech to optimize development workflows.
