You will design, lead and deliver high-quality in vivo studies and influence multiple client-driven drug discovery programmes. You will act as a project lead, collaborate with internal teams and external clients, mentor team members and help shape experimental strategy with innovative approaches.
At Sygnature Discovery, we create exceptional scientific outcomes. For our customers, who bring life-changing medicines to patients; and for our people, who help make this possible.
We’re 700+ scientists from over 50 countries, working as one across Europe and North America. With no competing internal programs, we offer total confidentiality and commitment.

We are seeking two highly motivated Associate Principal Scientists to join our In Vivo Pharmacology team and provide scientific leadership across complex client-sponsored drug discovery programmes, helping to progress novel therapeutics towards the clinic.
We're looking for two experienced scientists to join the team: one with expertise in kidney disease and one with expertise in metabolic disease. Working at the forefront of translational science, you'll design, lead and deliver high-quality in vivo studies, contributing directly to the advancement of innovative therapeutics.
Unlike traditional pharmaceutical roles focused on a single pipeline, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, influencing a diverse portfolio of drug discovery programmes and applying your expertise across multiple therapeutic projects.
Whether your background is in kidney disease or metabolic disease (experience in inflammation would also be advantageous), you'll play a key role in shaping experimental strategy, driving scientific innovation and delivering high-quality pharmacology studies that accelerate the development of life-changing medicines.
