• Established network across the property and development sector to convert relationships into advisory work.
• Ability to own and drive live instructions from initial strategy to determination.

Responsibilities

• Own live instructions across residential, commercial, regeneration, employment and strategic development.
• Lead planning applications and pre-application work, advising clients on strategy and development potential.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects through to determination.
• Contribute to fee proposals, tenders and the consultancy’s wider business development activity.
