Associate Partner Manager , UK Merchant Fulfilment (MFN)

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Seller Services team in the UK as a Partner Manager for our Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) recruitment team. Our team supports existing Sellers in adopting new products and tools to grow their businesses. In 2024, we focus on speed and delivery experience, expanding to a broader range of tools and programs in 2025.

This role involves working directly with Selling Partners and on projects to enhance the buying and selling experience on Amazon. You will drive business development with top accounts, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and build partnerships with large, complex businesses, including C-level relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and growth targets for your portfolio of high-value selling partners.
  2. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve the selling partner experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvement initiatives based on partner feedback.
  4. Advocate for UK Selling Partners' needs with local and global teams.
  5. Establish and manage relationships with key decision-makers, building partnerships and managing daily interactions.
  6. Understand partner needs and articulate compelling reasons to launch on Amazon, working with Partner Teams to enhance the seller experience.
  7. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track account information, forecast, and prioritize to meet enrollment targets.

Minimum Requirements:
