Job Description

At Amazon, we aim to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To achieve this, we seek talented, bright, and driven individuals. Amazon fosters an environment of continuous evolution, where motivated employees thrive, and ownership and accountability lead to meaningful results.

We are seeking a bright and ambitious individual to join our Seller Services team in the UK as a Partner Manager for our Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) recruitment team. Our team supports existing Sellers in adopting new products and tools to grow their business. In 2024, our focus is on speed and delivery experience, with plans to expand to a broader range of tools and programs in 2025.

This role involves working directly with Selling Partners and on projects to improve the buying and selling experience on Amazon. You will need to engage in business development conversations with top accounts, analyze complex data to identify growth opportunities, and build partnerships with large, complex businesses, including up to C-level executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and growth goals for your portfolio of high-value selling partners.
  2. Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for growth and improvements in the selling partner experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive MFN product improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback from Selling Partners.
  4. Advocate for the needs of UK Selling Partners with local and global teams.
  5. Establish and manage business and technical relationships with C-level decision makers, managing daily interactions to build partnerships.
  6. Understand our Selling Partners and their needs, and articulate compelling reasons for launching on Amazon, working closely with Partner Teams to enhance the seller experience.
  7. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track account information, sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.

About the Team:

Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We value knowledge sharing and mentorship, and we are committed to your career growth by assigning projects that help you develop into a well-rounded professional capable of handling more complex tasks in the future.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
