The role involves project management from routing to completion and providing consultancy on benchmarking and management systems.

Ideal candidates hold MRICS/AssocRICS, bring strong project management and IT skills, and can confidently negotiate with landowners.

Responsibilities

• Offer advice and manage property requirements for infrastructure projects, ranging from local to national scale.
• Provide land consultancy to clients for tasks such as the upkeep of existing infrastructure or the installation of new equipment.
• Guide clients on all matters relating to their interactions with landowners, offering professional support.
• Oversee land referencing, the preparation and issuance of statutory notices, compensation negotiations, and the acquisition of rights to enable projects.
• Communicate with landowners and address public inquiries.
• Assist with broader projects across the organisation.
• Report directly to clients on the progress of projects.
• Support the training and mentoring of graduate team members to help them reach their objectives.

TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.

Our client prides themselves on understanding their clients' specific requirements and industry developments, as well as maintaining and developing their professional team and continuing the development of their systems to assist in high quality service delivery. The role will be varied, including project managing from routing, through to construction and completion, and providing consultancy services associated with benchmarking, procedures and management systems.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Offering advice and managing property requirements for infrastructure projects, ranging from local to national scale
