TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.

Our client prides themselves on understanding their clients' specific requirements and industry developments, as well as maintaining and developing their professional team and continuing the development of their systems to assist in high quality service delivery. The role will be varied, including project managing from routing, through to construction and completion, and providing consultancy services associated with benchmarking, procedures and management systems.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Offering specialist advice and overseeing infrastructure projects on both a local and national scale, working with key clients in sectors such as electricity and water on Major Infrastructure Projects and Asset Management programmes.
• Providing land consultancy support across a range of projects, including the upkeep of existing infrastructure and the installation of new assets.
• Delivering strategic guidance and professional assistance to clients in their dealings with landowners.
• Undertaking land referencing, preparing and serving statutory notices, negotiating compensation agreements, and acquiring rights to enable project completion.
• Supporting clients with their major connections customers to drive customer-focused infrastructure developments and sustain strong relationships.
• Engaging with landowners and responding to public enquiries.
• Keeping clients informed with regular project updates and progress reports.
• Assisting clients in procuring additional professional services, such as environmental and ecological assessments and strategic planning.
• Providing support to the client's legal team on relevant matters when required.
• Working closely with the office Partner to strengthen existing client relationships, develop new opportunities, and broaden service offerings.
• Contributing to wider business initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Coaching and mentoring graduates within the team, helping them progress towards their professional goals.
• Taking a proactive approach to continued training and professional development to enhance expertise, support the team, and expand capabilities within the role.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels
