Job summary

Lead Careers Ltd, on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy in Newcastle, seeks an Associate Landscape Architect to lead exciting landscape and public realm projects. The role offers growth opportunities, contributes to business development, and supports the continued expansion of the company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent and LI chartered status.
• Strong project management and leadership skills required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape design projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and review design drawings, reports, presentations, and tender docs.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and external consultants.
• Contribute to planning applications, including LVIA and supporting docs.
• Mentor junior members of the landscape team.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Assist with business development, fee proposals, and bid submissions.
