MorePeople in London seeks an Associate Director of Landscape Design to lead high-profile projects and shape the growth of a growing multidisciplinary practice. The role combines senior leadership with hands-on design, project management and client development.

You will oversee delivery across sectors including residential, infrastructure and renewables, mentor teams and drive quality, budget, and programme performance while strengthening client relationships and pursuing new business

Qualificações

• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) is required.
• Extensive landscape architecture experience with a demonstrable specialism in landscape design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality landscape design outcomes.
• Experience leading and delivering complex landscape architecture projects.
• Experience preparing and reviewing fee proposals, bids and tender submissions.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
• Experience with landscape design software
• Knowledge of GIS

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of landscape design projects across sectors.
• Manage complex projects, ensuring quality, programme and budget requirements are achieved.
• Provide technical leadership, creative direction and quality assurance across project outputs.
• Reviewing and approving technical reports, drawings, visualisations and supporting documentation.
• Undertaking site visits, landscape assessments, stakeholder meetings and public consultation activities.
• Mentoring, coaching and supporting colleagues, including those working towards Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute.
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, resources and commercial performance.
• Identifying opportunities for new work and contributing to business development activities.
• Preparing and reviewing fee proposals, tenders, bids and framework submissions.
• Leading client presentations, design workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Supporting projects involving major infrastructure, renewable energy, strategic development and DCOs/NSIPs.
