Responsibilities

As an Associate – Investor Services at Hines, you will be part of the global Investor Services team within the Investment Management platform. Your role supports the Institutional Investor Solutions (IIS) business and Hines’ capital raising efforts during the pre-commitment stage of investor engagement. Focused on the Europe and MENA regions, you will collaborate with the Investor Services team to support marketing and investor relations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Utilizing a database of responses to assist with due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for information (RFIs), and prospective investor inquiries; maintaining the database.
2. Updating and maintaining marketing materials such as teasers, pitch books, one-pagers, and case studies.
3. Learning about Hines’ platform, strategies, and products through training and mentorship to create content for diligence responses and marketing materials.
4. Conducting regional market research to support competitive analysis and investor intelligence.
5. Supporting the maintenance of CRM systems critical to capital raising goals.
6. Responding to industry surveys, updating profiles and databases, and managing subscriptions, data rooms, and content libraries.
7. Collaborating with Compliance, Data & Analytics, Investor Marketing, Investor Relations, IIS, Fund Management, and other teams.
8. Adopting technology and best practices to enhance team efficiency in global capital raising efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Five or more years of related experience in institutional real estate, investment management, research, financial analysis, or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to analyze data strategically to draw conclusions and solve problems.
• Experience with CRM and content management software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new software and platforms quickly.
