Job Summary:

We are seeking a Director to join our Investor Services team. The role involves managing key investor accounts, advising on strategies to manage tax liabilities, developing new business, and expanding our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing key investor client accounts.
2. Providing strategic advice and managing casework to conclusion.
3. Identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business.
5. Expanding brand presence through networking events.

Key Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of the property industry and UK property taxation (business rates).
2. Experience dealing with property investors, developers, and owners.
3. Knowledge of relevant case law and legislation.
4. Experience with cases in Valuation Tribunal.
5. Business development, sales, or marketing experience in property advantageous.
6. Ability to grow client base and manage own work.
7. Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills.
8. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
9. Strong business acumen.
10. MRICS and/or IRRV qualification preferred.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
