Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an Associate Infrastructure Engineer to deliver and support infrastructure services across acute and community sites. The role involves ensuring systems operate securely, monitoring performance, and resolving issues within defined SLAs.

You will work with the Digital Services Infrastructure Team to deploy, monitor and optimise servers, storage and networking. Flexibility to work remotely or on-site where required is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Experience deploying, maintaining and monitoring infrastructure systems and hardware.
• Ability to resolve incidents within agreed SLAs and timescales.
• Knowledge of NHS security standards and DSPT Toolkit compliance.

Aufgaben

• Resolve and manage operational infrastructure incidents and requests within SLAs.
• Deploy, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot all systems and hardware in use by the Trust.
• Manage and maintain the Trust's 3rd line infrastructure systems.
• Document and control the digital infrastructure environment to NHS security minimum standards.
• Support technical projects and act as a lead specialist in Server and Storage environments.
• Provide general expertise across Telecoms, Networking or Architecture as needed.
