• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in technical and commercial project delivery.
• Experience leading teams on complex projects across multiple sites.

• Lead local team of 8–16 technical staff within regional and national framework.
• Oversee delivery of complex and high-value projects from bid through to completion.
• Review calculations, drawings, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and buildability.
