Bring your skills as an Associate Director in the Water Sector, playing a key role in business development and water engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure. Opportunities include working on iconic engineering projects domestically and internationally.

We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, adding value through client support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in Derby office.

Your Purpose:

1. Lead and manage teams conducting technical design work adhering to relevant standards and ensuring high quality.
2. Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
3. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and programmes.
4. Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Establish quality assurance standards in design processes.
6. Develop and manage water engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring:

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply, and collection systems, with familiarity with UK standards and practices.
