Job summary

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is seeking an Associate Director in Valuation to lead valuation assignments across commercial and residential assets. The role is based in Sussex and Surrey with a flexible, hybrid working pattern and a strong emphasis on client exposure and professional development.

The ideal candidate is MRICS qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status and a track record of delivering valuations from instruction to report, while upholding Red Book standards and contributing

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Proven experience delivering valuations from instruction to report.
• Strong understanding of Red Book standards and methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Commercially minded with client exposure and BD interest.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate valuation advice across commercial and residential assets.
• Undertake inspections and prepare valuation reports.
• Provide valuations for loan security, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Ensure compliance with RICS Valuation Standards.
• Review reports and maintain high professional standards.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support business development.
• Build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
