Grant Thornton UK is seeking an Associate Director in Private South & London Advisory Tax. You will provide expert tax advisory services to mid-market businesses and shareholders, focusing on transactional structuring and complex tax matters. The role emphasises leadership in client meetings and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience advising clients on complex tax matters.
• Interest in developing yourself and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax advice to mid-market businesses and their shareholders.
• Advise on tax implications and structuring of acquisitions, disposals, and business separations.
• Lead client meetings and act as day-to-day contact for clients with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop junior team members and support career progression.
• Explore cross-selling wider GT services to clients and engagement teams.
