Grant Thornton UK is seeking an Associate Director in the TAS Tax team, focused on providing tax structuring advice for private equity and corporate clients. You will lead teams on due diligence for a broad spectrum of transactions and work closely with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Good grounding in UK tax practices.
• Experience in advising on technical tax matters.
• Proven experience in managing multiple deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax structuring advice on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Lead due diligence meetings and oversee analysis.
• Prepare and review structuring reports on acquisition structures.
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely billing and collections.
