Job Description

The role is responsible for leading one or more stages during the off-net access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and successful off-net quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This is a tactical role that contributes to defining the operational plans based on business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on the business unit's overall results.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve delivery efficiency and costs.
• Explore avenues for increasing business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective off-net access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market considerations.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams in negotiations with partners for special pricing, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to enhance bid success rates.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operation levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, feasibility, cost-effectiveness, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Assist in planning and implementing jeopardy and contingency measures to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in the telecommunications environment, especially in managing telecom partners.
