Role Overview

The role involves leading stages of the off-net access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely, successful off-net quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operational plans aligning with business strategy, impacting the overall results of the business unit in the mid-term.

Responsibilities

• Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and assess competition to facilitate last mile delivery.
• Lead discussions and initial negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners regarding contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery costs.
• Explore opportunities to expand business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective off-net access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market requirements.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams with ad-hoc requests such as special pricing, non-standard offerings, or expedited delivery to win complex deals.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operation levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Assist in planning for risk management and contingency measures to meet delivery timelines.
• Require experience in telecommunications, particularly in managing Telco partners.
