Role Overview
The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and cost-effective offnet quoting and delivery. This is a tactical role influencing the operational plans based on business strategy, with a mid-term impact on overall business results.
Responsibilities
- Identify access suppliers/partners at the national and regional levels to ensure last mile delivery.
- Lead negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners regarding contractual capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Explore opportunities to expand business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
- Design feasible offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
- Support sales and bid teams with special pricing requests, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to increase win rates.
- Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Contribute to jeopardy and contingency planning to meet delivery timelines.
- Experience in telecommunications, especially managing telecom partners, is required.
