Role Overview

The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely and cost-effective offnet quoting and delivery. This tactical role influences the operational plans aligned with business strategy, impacting the overall results of the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Identify regional access suppliers/partners and competitors for last mile delivery.
• Lead negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners regarding contractual capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Explore opportunities to expand business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
• Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market needs.
• Support sales and cross-functional teams in negotiations for special pricing, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to increase success rates.
• Finalize and renew vendor contracts for network maintenance and installation to ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, feasibility, cost, delivery, and post-sales support.
• Plan and contribute to jeopardy and contingency management to meet delivery timelines.
• Experience in telecommunications, especially managing telco partners.
