Your duties and responsibilities as the Associate Director - Supply Chain will include:

• Production and planning activities to oversee site planning and production schedules for internal manufacturing, validation and maintenance activities.
• Site supply planning within the global S&OP process, ensuring sufficient product supply.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Operations and the wider organization.
• As a Supply Chain Manager, you will monitor supply chain performance against KPIs.

A successful candidate for the Associate Director - Supply Chain will demonstrate the following:

• Degree level education in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering.
• Work experience in operations, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry experience.
• The successful candidate will have an open mind to learning and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
