Mainstream Hertfordshire consultancy is seeking an Associate Director (Structural Engineer) to lead a growing team in the head office. You will combine technical excellence with commercial acumen to drive design delivery and client liaison on high-value projects.

Candidates must be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE, with extensive UK consultancy experience in structural design, project delivery and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates will need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have extensive structural engineering design, project and team-running experience gained in UK consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Run, expand and motivate an existing team.
• Manage design delivery on diverse projects with values up to £150 million.
